- Subject to normal use by the original retail
purchaser and to the limitations stated below, SafariFrames warrants
that all accessories included in SafariFrames play systems, be free
from material and workmanship defects for a period of two years from
the date of purchase.
- All pressure treated wooden components supplied
by SafariFrames to the original buyer during the original buyers ownership
period, are covered by a 15 year warranty against structural failure
due to corrosion, fungal decay and insect damage. Seasonal checks and
surface cracks, knots and knot holes, not causing structural failure
are a natural characteristic of timber, and are not considered defects
in materials and workmanship, and are not covered under this warranty.
- SafariFrames will repair or replace all accessories
covered under this warranty free of charge to the original purchaser,
provided that the defective part is returned to SafariFrames for inspection,
freight prepaid. It will be returned to the customer freight collect.
All returns must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
- SafariFrames reserves the right to photographs
or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective, and to
recover merchandise prior to any warranty claims.
- SafariFrames play systems are designed for
residential use only. Commercial use is prohibited and negates all SafariFrames
warranties.
- No warranty is offered on equipment that has
been subject to abuse, improper use, vandalism, negligence, repair by
the customer or a third party, unauthorised alteration or through the
attachment of equipment not purchased from SafariFrames, or acts of
God.
- Warranties cover replacement of goods, not
travel expenses, or lost wages involved in the installation or replacement
of the parts. The limited warranty does not cover labour or the cost
of labour in replacing a defective item, and will be billed to the purchaser.
- This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability
or fitness for use.
